1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pk36t ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://pk36t.net. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any service provided by pk36t, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account. Continued use of pk36t following any update to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To register and use pk36t services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pk36t does not permit individuals under 21 to open accounts or place wagers of any kind.
• You are accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by local legislation. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing pk36t account that has been suspended or permanently closed by the Company.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of pk36t.

pk36t reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 21, their account will be immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be escalated to relevant regulatory authorities.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on pk36t. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. pk36t may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — such as a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), utility bill, or bank statement — before processing any withdrawal.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. pk36t will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your login credentials. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pk36t supports the following payment methods for players in Pakistan: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed inside your account dashboard and may vary by method.

• Deposits are generally credited instantly or within a few minutes of confirmed transaction. Any delays caused by third-party processors are outside our control.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days following successful KYC verification. The first withdrawal always requires full identity verification regardless of the amount.
• All funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit (reverse withdrawal policy).
• pk36t does not accept payments from third parties. Deposits from accounts not in your own name will be returned and may trigger a compliance review.
• Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Maximum single withdrawal is Rs 500,000 unless a higher limit is explicitly approved by our finance team.

pk36t reserves the right to conduct additional fraud checks before releasing withdrawal funds. During such reviews, the withdrawal may be temporarily withheld. Players will be notified of any such review within 24 hours.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk36t offers a variety of bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Certain games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10%–20%. Full contribution rates are listed in the promotions section of your account.
• pk36t reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only. Any evidence of systematic bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated play, or exploitation of promotional terms — will result in immediate account suspension and full forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.

Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash directly, or combined with other offers unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on pk36t — whether on sports markets (cricket, football, PSL, international leagues) or casino games (slots, live casino, table games) — are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the system. pk36t does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers under normal circumstances.
• In the event of a technical error, manifest pricing error, or system malfunction that results in an incorrect odds display, pk36t reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's balance.
• Match abandonment, postponement, and walkover rules follow standard international sports betting conventions. Specific rules for each market are available within the sportsbook interface.
• Maximum payout per single bet is Rs 10,000,000 (one crore rupees) unless a higher limit is agreed in writing with the Company prior to placement.
• pk36t reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close betting markets at any time, including in response to unusual betting patterns or integrity concerns.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk36t and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports results.
• Knowingly exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Money laundering, fraud, or using pk36t as a mechanism to process funds from illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise access non-public elements of the pk36t platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing members of the pk36t support team or other players.

Where prohibited conduct involves suspected criminal activity, pk36t will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and may report the matter to relevant financial intelligence units.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on pk36t — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk36t or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from pk36t without prior written consent from the Company. Unauthorised use of pk36t intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk36t shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or promotional information caused by third-party data feed errors, provided we act promptly to correct such errors upon discovery.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where we have complied with our security obligations.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Termination

You may close your pk36t account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon verified closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering) will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

pk36t reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant and subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month after written notice to the registered email).

11. Responsible Gaming

pk36t takes its duty of care seriously. We are committed to ensuring that gaming on our platform remains a form of entertainment — not a source of financial or personal harm. The following tools are available to all registered players inside the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session Timers: Receive automatic alerts after a set duration of play.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a given period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Regular pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net betting activity.

12. Disputes & Governing Law

In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction, wager outcome, bonus calculation, or any other matter, you must contact pk36t support at [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

pk36t will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant international gaming dispute resolution body under whose jurisdiction pk36t operates.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised online gaming standards. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in English.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pk36t reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
